Why do you need a personal trainer? Sometimes it is hard to motivate yourself to do the right exercises and sometimes you don’t know how many you are supposed to do and for how long. Sometimes you decide to go workout with a buddy and after a couple of weeks your buddy disappears. You find yourself in the gym full of people doing exercises, and maybe you feel a little self-conscious about how your body looks.
