Some men and women in society believe that if you commit a crime, any crime, then you should pay the consequences in full. The argument is that most motorist who have passed their driving test know what the rules of the road are. This means that when they break these rules by speeding, or doing illegal manoeuvres, they know full well what they are doing and taking some online traffic course is not going to enhance their driving skills, nor teach them anything they don’t already know.
