Overwhelm on Goal Setting and Pursue One’s Dreams

Have you been kept busy for almost the entire year, but looking back, felt that you haven’t achieved much professionally, financially, personally and spiritually? Sounds exactly like a friend of mine.

She was doing what was expected out of her job, meeting deadlines after deadlines. At the end of the day, all her energy just gets ‘zapped’ out of her that leaves her not wanting to do anything else but wait for the day to start all over again.
She was also in awe that there are so many things she wants to pen down for the rest of the year and the following year, for that matter. I could sense that if she gets overwhelmed, she will just slip back into not setting her goals, working towards some of her dreams. Do you feel that you get that feeling too?
