Giving children their own cell phones

One way to turn this cellphone ownership subject into something constructive is teaching children how to be responsible cellphone owners. Setting parameters as to their usage is an essential factor when considering giving children their own cell phones. While listening to music and taking pictures may be a few of the things that children want to be able to do with their phones; allowing them to surf the internet or chat minus parental guidance should be something parents need to think twice about.
