A lot of heavy drinkers and alcoholics are in fact very introverted and lonely people, despite their extrovert and brash manner, which is more often than not brought on by the drink.  It’s often said that the typical alcoholic can be best described as an egomaniac with an inferiority complex, if that makes sense!  But living sober is the biggest challenge for many an alcoholic. Most of them can stop for a duration, but it’s staying stopped that is the main problem for both men and women drinkers who are trying to kick their addiction to booze. This is why so many of them need outside help and fellowships such as AA is just one of many programs around these days which are aimed specifically at helping drunks dry up and stay dry. Many are kept away from fellowships too as they are too shy, or too proud to walk into the rooms. Thanks to the internet there is now a softer, gentler introduction to getting on the wagon. Many are managing to Get Sober with Staying Cyber. Staying cyber is a virtual online meeting room where people can be truly anonymous and interact with others in the same boat. It’s a free, not a fee, site too.Anyone serious about stopping drinking need not shop around for any other method until they have at least given staying cyber a fair go. After all, if nothing else, they will at least get to learn some things about their malady that they did not know prior to logging on
