Don Not Become The Next Starving Freelancer

Doing what earns you the paycheck from your boss, doesn’t necessarily make any money for, when you are freelancing. Many freelancers have to learn that the hard way and wish they had not quit their day job.

Being employed by a company and being self-employed are definitely two different pairs of shoes. Successful freelancers have developed additional skills — business skills — that are necessary to sell their services to others.

Before you “fire your boss” beware that almost everything will change once you have moved so far.
