When the weather begins to heat up and the days get longer, I get a craving for frozen treats. But not the stuff that you buy in the grocery store freezer; I want the rich, creamy taste that only fresh homemade recipes can offer. A friend of mine mentioned that she was getting delicious results from an electric ice cream maker that she recently bought, so I decided to check one out for myself.
