Tasty avocado pesto – the best cook on the same stock!
When the best avocados are ripe here in Africa, this is usually just before the rainy season, just the time where I need to reap even my herbs in the garden, so they do not float me in the rain masses of it. Easy Avocado bread – no bread machine
The avocado bread comes in at parties and always tastes great with a bit of avocado Pesto drizzled delicious!
80 grams of brown sugar, a packet of dry yeast, fruit flesh of two avocados (with lemon juice of one lemon mixed), 100 g margarine, 600 g flour, salt, 1 egg, grease the loaf pan
Mix all ingredients well go and let the dough for an hour in a warm place covered. I do it at the window in the sun, the dough can be covered but also put into the oven at 50 degrees.
Then fill to the dough into a well greased loaf pan while you preheat the oven to 180 degrees already.
The bread takes about half an hour in the oven!
I have already tried this bread with many other ingredients instead of avocado. It tastes great as well with pumpkin or sweet potato, if the previously somewhat soft and pureed transpires.
