Needless to say, for any agent to read the copy that starts: “The Sukantara Cascade Resort & Spa played host to Angelina Jolie, who enjoyed her stay so much that she allows them to use her name in connection with promoting the resort…” would make any agent eager to promote the resort instantly to his/her upscale clientele. Of course, as travel agents we depend on commissions and so would assume that this type of top end property would pay commission would be likely. And indeed, when I booked Sukantara for my clients last February, commission was promised and the resort, more specifically the very same General Manager, Rapeepat Sugunasil, whose name you had noted to contact in the copy above, was as nice and helpful as could be and would do anything for the booking to become reality. And it was. My clients stayed a few days and left. I can give you all the details of an ordeal trying to collect said commission over the last 8 months from Sukantara alas unsuccessfully (details would certainly reveal how unprofessional this resort, more specifically Mr. Sugunasil, really is toward travel agents!!) To be frank, there is no willingness to pay, nor even at attempt to respond to reminders, in any form! For you, the TA magazine, to reference this type of property in such eloquence and praise may have meaning to clients but not to travel agents, whose community you professes to cater to, hence it would be best that before you may bestow praises upon a hotel property, that you may also verify their track record of dealing with travel agents before you recommend it to them. YAB-YUM YUM

The Tibetan Buddhist term yab-yum translates as father/mother, masculine/feminine or yang/yin. Yab-yum is the ultimate Tantric lovemaking position because it is ideal for sharing energy.

Time for Exercise: five minutes to one hour

Properties Required: each other

Steps:
In the yab-yum sexual position, the woman straddles the man as he sits cross-legged on the floor in the lotus position. He might have cushions under his knees for support and comfort, especially if he wants to maintain the position for more than a few minutes. Very firm Indian style pillows work perfectly. Alternatively, he might sit on a straight-backed chair and she will climb on top.

The lovers face each other with eyes open. They harmonize their breathing (see Harmony Breath). They can kiss, touching their tongues together. The eyes, breath, and tongues act as energy switches connecting the flow of hot sexual energy between the two lovers’ bodies.
1.    Build to a peak of sexual arousal using any other sexual positions or techniques, but do not climax.

2.    Assume the yab-yum position and become still.

3.    Pass energy through your genital contact, eyes, breathing, and tongues.

4.    Move the sexual energy up through your bodies using PC Pumping (squeezing the genital muscles as if you were stopping the flow of urine in mid stream—see Fit For Sex), eye gazing, harmonized breathing, and French kissing (with tongue contact), running your hands up and down the front or back of your lover’s body barely touching or close to the skin.

5.    Exchange the energy between you by visualizing a figure 8 or the infinity symbol (∞) with energy moving up his back, transferring into her mouth, down her front, up her back, transferring into his mouth, down his front, up his back, etc.

6.    Send energy back and forth with your eyes, with circular harmonized breathing (he breathes in, she breathes out, etc.), and touching your tongues together.

7.    Try chanting in this position. The sounds you make will be extremely beautiful, animated by the high charge of hot sexual energy.

8.    If the man’s erection subsides and you wish to resurrect it, rock back and forth a few times and breathe rapidly to rebuild excitement.

9.    Resume other lovemaking positions without breaking genital contact by rolling forward, backward, or to either side.

FOUNDATION STONES

On a level of consciousness much deeper than the rational, you must come to believe that you have a purpose for being here, that you are capable of knowing your life’s mission, and that you have all you need to express your greatness and accomplish even the miraculous. This simple ceremony can help you acquire this vital wisdom.

Time for Exercise: 30 minutes, 15 minutes for each lover

Properties Required:

Seven stones of different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and white (or clear). Polished stones purchased from a gem shop are best, but many items commonly available around the house will be suitable substitutes. Most important is that you have seven of the same type of object, one each in the seven different colors. Other suitable small objects include pieces of glass or smooth plastic, flowers, scarves (or other pieces of colored cloth), and fruit.

Steps:

 

1.    Your partner lies naked on her back.

2.    Place the stones on her body at the chakra points in the following order, one at a time:

• red stone on her mound of pubic hair
• orange stone on the belly about two finger widths below her navel
• yellow stone at the solar plexus, at the point of the breast bone just below where the ribs meet
• green stone between her breasts
• blue stone at the center of her throat
• purple stone in the center of her forehead
• white or clear stone near the crown of her head

As you are placing the stones, say something such as this:
“As I place these stones upon your naked body, the energy of love moves freely in and out of you.”

When all of the stones are in place, say something such as this:

“All of the foundation stones are in place, and your entire body will vibrate in harmony with your purpose in life. You are now empowered to accomplish your life’s mission. These stones are symbolic of your foundation in this world, on this planet, and in this life. From this secure platform you may go forth inspired to express your greatness, to experience and accomplish wondrous things.”

3.    Repeat the exercise for the other partner.

Comments:

Focus all your attention on each chakra center as you place the stones, remembering your intention of love and power. When you are the receiving partner, allow each center to open to the loving touch and energetic intention of your lover.

Your chakras (energy centers along the spine) exert a powerful influence on your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This simple ceremony sends loving energy into each center. With your tender touch, arouse the kundalini (cosmic energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine, coiled like a snake). Channel it upward through the chakra centers for blissful awakening.

Time for Exercise: five to 30 minutes

Properties Required: none

Steps:

Take turns giving each other kundalini caresses. There are three variations to the caresses, using hands, lips, and tongues. You can perform the exercise on both the front and back of the body.

1.    Make sure the room is warm and get naked together.

2.    Locate the seven chakra points on the body.

• genitals, from the coccyx around to the pubic mound
• belly, about two finger widths below the navel
• the solar plexus, at the point of the breast bone just below where the ribs meet
• center of the chest between the breasts
• center of the throat
• center of the forehead
• the crown of the head

3.    In the first variation, run your hands up the back of your lover’s body, stopping briefly at each chakra point to allow your energy (in the form of heat and subtle current) to enter the body. Focus on sending love and healing through your hands.

4.    In the second variation, kiss your lover’s body all along the line connecting the chakra points, stopping briefly at each point to perform a very soft hickey by sucking on that point gently. Do not suck so hard that you leave marks. Let your desire flow through your mouth.

5.    In the third variation, run your tongue along your lover’s body, stopping briefly at each point to rotate your tongue first counterclockwise three times, then clockwise three times.

6.    Repeat these variations along the front of your lover’s body.

7.    Reverse roles. The partner who first gave the caresses will now receive them

Second mortgage loans have different payments plans. Most second mortgage loans have a fixed rate payment included in their payment plans. If you have a fixed rate second mortgage loan, the interest rate will be set for the whole loan term. This book is dense

While reading, I felt the huge amount of observation, deep thought, and the tedious work that Seth Godin condensed into this little, tiny book.

The book might be tiny in format, but like the matter of a neutron star, it’s heavy. Really heavy stuff that weighs a lot more than you probably can imagine. At the same time Tribes is fun and inspiring, and it’s a quick read, too.

What Seth wrote sticks

It might take a second read to sink in, but it will stick. He is a reporter telling you about so many people, who “made it big” by leading a tribe. A tribe is essentially a group of people with a shared interest. A group of people waiting to be lead, waiting to be connected to each other. Leading a tribe is a proven way of marketing. In an age where attention has become so scarce leading your tribe might soon be the only way of doing marketing successfully.

New Internet technologies, like Twitter and Facebook make it easier than ever before to connect people and to grow your tribe. You can publish a blog within minutes at no cost and geographic boundaries, don’t have the same meaning anymore than they used to have 10 years ago.

I picked off the last of the tomatoes this weekend; some of the haulms were starting to be covered with grey mould so it was time to clear them out of the greenhouse. I cannot complain, from a slow start we have had a very good crop. We will miss picking the fresh fruit just before a meal but at least we still have a few more to enjoy.

A seed catalogue popped through the letterbox this week but I have resisted the temptation to open it. There are still things to do in the garden and greenhouse this year and I save browsing the catalogues for the end of November and into December, that way my mind turns to the seeds I will be sowing next year and spring does not seem so far away.

The house has been filled this week with the delicious smell of chutney being produced and bottled. Our cooking apples will not keep, they are very soft fleshed and delicious but the slightest bruising and they very quickly rot. Many make it into pies and crumbles but even more go into chutney to enjoy during the winter months. Well, that is the theory but you have to try some to make sure it is up to standard don’t you!

 Blogging has been around for a few years now. Most people use blogs to record their thoughts and lives, while the select few (like me) use them as a free way to make money online.

 The reason I decided to take a look at Blogging To The Bank 2 is because I had an opportunity to purchase the first edition of Blogging To The Bank, which taught me a great deal about how to use blogs to make money. A couple of weeks ago I heaped praise on my Fuchsia Riccartonii for the wonderful show it has given me consistently over the summer. A very close second has to be my white Sun Rose, this Cistus has flowered and flowered this summer, so much that we tend to walk past it and shamefully take it for granted.

The autumn colours are starting to fill the garden. Some of the trees and shrubs do not hold their coloured leaves for long but the short lived performance is worth waiting for.

That first hedge cut of the year is really a struggle but this year I have tried to trim a bit more often rather than leave it to a later big cut. I have to say it has been a lot easier this way.

The good weather this last week has enabled me to catch up on gardening jobs but at the same time have the opportunity to sit out and enjoy my creation. Sitting out there one day and seeing some wild flowers in bloom, some may call them weeds but there are certain things I leave to grow because I like them, I began to dream about the wonderful early summer meadows I had seen and marvelled at the skill of Mother Nature and her planting plan. Also my thoughts went back to the walks along river banks where the colours may be more muted, soft greens etc., and cliff top walks. But then I remembered wilder places where everything seemed overgrown with certain species overpowering others and that started me thinking about how maybe we have helped out that lady.

If we had not cleared woodland to produce pasture she would not have had the opportunity to scatter the seed for those early summer displays. Our grazing of cattle and sheep has kept down the invasive species and given a chance to the wonderful flowering annuals that would have struggled to grow, set and scatter their seed.

There is no doubt that as gardening has grown in popularity and gardening makeover shows have encouraged people to buy statues and ornaments to add interest that the crime has increased. But it is just not the ornaments, I have heard of people spending the weekend planting up a new border with shrubs and perennials only to wake up on a Monday morning to find the lot has gone.

I also find vandalism hard to understand, maybe there is a mixture of jealousy, lack of intelligence and alcohol addled brains. My privet hedge has taken more than its fair share of bad treatment, especially at holiday times such as Christmas when drunken youths are on their way home in the early hours. More than once I have looked out of the bedroom window to see a body lying through the hedge and onto the border. I am pleased to report that one got more than he bargained for, landing in a particularly spiny Berberis. The problem is it takes the hedge a long time to recover.

We can take some measures to prevent theft and vandalism but isn’t sad that we have to?

We all get credit card offers through traditional snail mail, and we all know how they work.  Although many credit card offers in the mail claim that you are already pre approved, you still have to wait weeks and weeks before you hear anything back once you apply.  These days are long gone though, as the Internet has made everything easier.  With the Internet, you can apply for a credit card online and receive a response if minutes - instead of waiting weeks and weeks.

If you have good credit, you’ll have no problems at all being approved online for a credit card.  Those cards that have the best terms and rates are always available for those who have good credit.  Therefore, before you apply online, you should know how good your credit is.  You can always get a free credit report online, and check your credit yourself.  If you do this at least twice a year, you’ll always know where you stand with your credit.

If you don’t know your credit score of if you haven’t looked at your credit report in a long time, now would be the time to do so.  Look over your credit report, and fix anything that doesn’t add a positive to your report.  Always keep in mind that even being turned down for a credit card online can affect your credit score as well, and play a major role with future credit offers.

Once you have looked at your credit report and determined how good your credit is, you can apply online for an immediate answer.  No matter which credit card company you visit online, they will all ask for your personal information, such as your name, phone number, social security number, age, employer, income, and things of that nature. 

Before you fill out the application online for your new card, you should always go over the terms and conditions very carefully.  You should look at the APR, and ensure that there are no surprises.  Once you have applied, the company will use your social security number to pull your credit report and use it to determine your credibility and whether or not they can be approved for a credit card.

When you begin filling out the application, you should make sure that the website you are using is encrypted.  The standard encryption these days is SSL 128-bit, which ensure that the information you are sending is protected.  If the website has less than 128-bit encryption, it may be possible for someone else to steal your information - which could result in identity theft.

Once you have finished filling out the application and send it on, you’ll have the final decision in a matter of minutes.  If you are using a credit card company with the right technology, the decision will be shown on the screen.  If the decision isn’t shown on the screen, it will be mailed to you via traditional snail mail.  In the event that you don’t get approved, you’ll be mailed the reason why.

If you’ve been approved, you can expect to receive your credit card in the mail within a few days.  Applying for a credit card online is always the preferred way to receive a credit card, as things will work much faster.  No more waiting for weeks at a time to receive a response, as you’ll know instantly.  There are hundreds of online credit card companies looking for your business - which gives you plenty of choices when choosing the credit card - and company that is best for you.

World’s first F1 Night Race has been held in Singapore beginning on the 28th of September 2008. It has resulted a much good response for almost everyone watching the race. It were fun and exciting races. However, If you would like me to give out my expensive dollars to watch it on the grand stand, I would rather watch it on the TV with beers and food in hands! I don’t think I could catch up those F1 racers’ while they zoom down the open tracks, now they are here, now they are gone.
